2026 Plein Air Paint Out & Wet Paint Sale
The 2026 Arts Mount Holly Plein Air Paint Out & Wet Paint Sale was a tremendous success! Over three days — Thursday, Friday, and Saturday morning — artists took to the streets of downtown Mount Holly to paint en plein air, capturing the beauty and character of our community from their own unique perspectives.
The event came to a spectacular close with our Wet Paint Sale and Juried Art Show, featuring more than 90 pieces of artwork. This year, we were thrilled to have 40 high school art students, 29 middle school art students, and 22 professional artists participate. The talent and creativity on display absolutely blew us away!
It was inspiring to see artists of all ages come together to celebrate the arts and share their work with our community. A huge thank you to every artist, student artist, volunteer, and attendee who helped make this event possible. Your support and enthusiasm are what make Arts Mount Holly events so special.

2026 Arts Mount Holly Festival
The 2026 Arts Mount Holly Festival was a tremendous success, bringing together artists, businesses, and the community through all three parts of this growing annual celebration of the arts. The festivities began with our Preview Night, featuring the work of 8 talented artists, followed by a vibrant Business & Art Crawl that showcased more than 20 artists throughout downtown Mount Holly. The festival culminated with our juried exhibition, Roots & Branches, which featured over 30 artists and more than 70 pieces of artwork on display. We are incredibly proud of how this event continues to grow each year and are grateful to the artists, sponsors, volunteers, and attendees who make it possible. We already look forward to next year's festival!
